1 hour call: $125

Take an important first step to discover what makes you healthy with an in-depth conversation about your personal wellness goals.  To make the most of our time together, you’ll complete a questionnaire prior to our discussion. We will then dig into what’s currently draining you and explore how you can find some much needed relief.  Fuel is ideal for the self-starter who desires a bit of direction before taking action on their own.




Cruise into Better Living

30 day program: $675

Receive the tools for transformation and a personal road map for better living. If you’re ready to wave goodbye to being worn out and want to learn how to survive stress, you’ll benefit from the work we’ll do during this thirty day program. We’ll meet four times for 50 minutes (in person, by phone or over Skype) to create and implement a holistic plan that works for your values, your body and your needs. If you’re looking for a partner to provide strategy, structure and support, Cruise is ideal for you.

Week 1: Discover

Discuss the origin of your challenges and uncover what may be keeping you stuck.  This is where we take a closer look at what’s really going on in your life and how you would like it to be different.

Week 2: Education

Obtain information about alternative approaches that will help you reach your goals. Learn about food and lifestyle options that can potentially improve your well being.  Receive resources and recommendations customized to your values, body and needs.

Week 3: Preparation

Begin the transformation process with structured preparation.  During this planning stage, you’ll learn about and procure the tools you’ll need to make getting healthy easy and sustainable.  With proper preparation you’ll start to feel empowered and in more control of your health.

Week 4: Action

Implement all you have learned with an action plan that supports your values, your body and your needs.  Now that you have discovered what makes you healthy and have prepared for change, you make all the decisions and choices at your own pace.  Help and support is available to you as you take the steps.
